Elin Mathisen has worked with IT contracts and public procurement for over 20 years. She assists both purchasers and suppliers with all issues within these fields. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating all types of IT contracts. Elin advises on both supply regulations and the classical procurement regulations. She has extensive experience in both the legal and practical parts of procurement and advises on everything from preparation of procurement strategies, requirement analysis, procurement documentation and contracts, to clarifying freedom to negotiate, participation in negotiations, legal quality assurance of the different stages in a procurement process and assistance with complaints and dispute resolution. Elin sees the procurement as a whole and provides advices that helps both suppliers and clients reach their goals.
