Cecilie Wetlesen Borge

Cecilie is a lawyer, agronomist and entrepreneur. Her legal practice primarily concerns real estate, resource planning and GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance). She has prior experience as compliance officer, board secretary and risk manager for Norske Skog and as a consultant in EY. Cecilie also has experience in Norwegian and European competition law, including a position as senior adviser, head of department and project manager at the Norwegian Competition Authority.  

Furthermore, Cecilie has been appointed director on several boards and is an experienced lecturer. She engages fully in the business of her clients in order to contribute to the whole organisation; supplying industry knowledge and input on regulatory issues, organisational resources and commercial potential. This makes her an effective and competent adviser for companies in the startup phase, or who are looking to broaden their business into new markets.

Cecilie also owns two agricultural properties and is working on setting up the new Large Predators Centre at Koppang. She is actively interested in food production, agriculture, forestry and wildlife issues, and is passionate about developing new business opportunities in the agricultural sector.
